Caul Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Whole cauliflower
  • 1 Egg
  • Tomato purée
  • Mushrooms
  • Mozzarella
  • Spinach
  • onion
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Dried basil
  • Garlic
  • Salt

How To Cook

  1. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees. Grate the whole cauliflower and Place into a bowl
  2. Add 1 egg, a pinch of basil, a pinch of garlic, and a pinch of salt
  3. Mix the ingredients together until the cauliflower sticks together
  4. Place the mixture on a baking tray and flatten out into a pizza base shape
  5. Place in the oven for 15 minutes
  6. Once cooked, spread tomato purée over the base.
  7. Add chopped mozzarella, mushrooms, onion, spinach and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  8. Cook for a further 5-7 minutes
