Protein Egg Cups

Ingredients:

  • 10 Eggs
  • Chopped spring onions
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped spinach
  • 30g feta cheese
  • Paprika

How To Cook

  1. Grease the muffin tin with coconut oil
  2. Chop up spring onions, tomatoes and spinach. Place inside the tins.
  3. Whisk 10 eggs and add pepper, salt and paprika.
  4. Pour mixture into muffin tin and sprinkle feta cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until slightly risen and crispy on top.
