Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 60g smooth nut butter
  • 30g chocolate protein powder
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 30g ground almond
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp bicarb of soda

How To Cook

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  3. Put mounded heaps of mixture on baking paper on baking tray
  4. Bake for 5 minutes
